Combined Fighting Arts
A well rounded system where we concentrate on kicking, punching, grappling, weaponry from the Filipino martial arts, all in all a great way to de stress, feel great and meet like mined people.
Combined Fighting Arts (CFA) is our unique martial arts system, which develops well-rounded and complete martial artists. CFA has been thoughtfully created by Chief Instructor, Mark Hayes, and seamlessly blends together three complimentary art forms –
Ground fighting, Jeet Kune Do and Kali/Eskrima.
CFA classes are focused on developing effective techniques in the various fighting ranges which can be used for both self-defence and competition purposes. CFA students find the classes to be the perfect mixture of intensive exercise and effective fight training, and the system is used by our fight team to form the basis of their competitive Mixed Martial Arts training. Combined Fighting Arts is also the system that we use to train Instructors and grade students up to Black Belt level.
Kali/Eskrima incorporates a range of techniques from the different systems studied by Chief Instructor Mark Hayes, including Inosanto Lacoste and Doce Pares, which are designed specifically for close-quarter fighting. Kali focuses on developing skills in 12 areas of training including striking, edged weapons, wooden weapons, trapping and grappling; and is the perfect way to improve speed, agility and co-ordination. Both experienced martial artists and beginners alike enjoy the variation and efficacy of the Kali/Eskrima that we incorporate into our CFA classes.

Through this course, students have the opportunity to push their skills, techniques and confidence to a new level in a fun, dynamic way.
